I stayed two nights at the Zebra Bar near St Louis, Senegal. It's very close to the coast with a small strip of land protecting it from the sea. My objective was to plan my route through Senegal and revisit visa planning.

Following the motorcycle accident, I had been laid up in a country that didn't permit alcohol for nearly three weeks. I seized the opportunity for a beer or two!

During my stay, I made friends with owner's pets very easily!

The dog would follow me around and we'd hang out together!

On the beach there were hundreds of red crabs. When I approached, they would scurry down their holes to hide.

The Zebra Bar has a tower with a fantastic viewing point.
